We’re a California-based 3D scanning team focused on getting accurate existing-conditions data into the hands of the people who need to build from it.
What we do
We capture buildings, interiors, and sites with survey-grade 3D laser scanners and 360° cameras, then produce the drawings, models, and virtual tours that architects, contractors, facility managers, and property owners actually use.
Every renovation, retrofit, or coordination effort starts with the same question: what’s really there? The original drawings rarely match. Field measurements are slow and partial. We deliver a complete, accurate record of existing conditions in days, not weeks — so the rest of the project moves faster and with fewer surprises.
How we work
We use mobile-mapping scanners like the Leica BLK2GO for fast site capture and Insta360 cameras for 360° walkthroughs. Scans are processed in-house, registered to control points where required, and delivered in the format your team needs — whether that’s a Revit model, a stack of AutoCAD plans, an E57 point cloud, or a shareable virtual tour.
